Every cost before you commit

Factory price, freight, duty, GST, brokerage and our fee, each on its own line.

Inspected before the balance is paid

An independent inspector checks your order at the factory. If anything fails, it's fixed first.

Customs handled by us, ready at our warehouse

We clear customs on our own account. Your order arrives at our warehouse duty-paid, checked against the manifest and ready for pickup.

Made to order

No two houses need the same list.

We don’t keep a warehouse. Each order starts with what you actually need: your plans, your quantities, your finishes. We take that list to the factories we work with and come back with a price for the lot.

    Plans, a product list, photos or links, your timeline, and any local quote you want to beat.

    See the landed cost

    We take your list to our factories around the world and come back with one quote, every charge on its own line.

    Inspected before you pay

    An independent inspector checks the order at the factory. The balance waits until it passes.

  4. 4

    Cleared and delivered

    Shipped to Vancouver, cleared by us, and unloaded at our warehouse for you to collect.

Safeguards

Importing goes wrong in predictable ways. Each one has an answer.

You pay in two parts, and the second waits for inspection
A deposit to start production, the balance after the inspector signs off. We pay the factory, and our fee comes out of the quoted price, so nothing is added later.
Duties are checked before you see a price
A licensed customs broker classifies every product, including the steel and aluminum surtaxes that surprise most people.
Built for Canadian code
We only quote products with Canadian certification on file. If it wouldn't pass inspection here, we don't sell it.
Photographed before it ships, checked when it lands
Every crate is photographed before the container is sealed and checked against the manifest when it is unloaded at our warehouse, so you know exactly what you are collecting.
